6gs Cancellation Policy |
The cancellation deadline for any weekly event is Noon Monday prior to the Thursday event. |
Cancellations after the deadline must be communicated directly to the Tournament Director. |
It remains the member's responsibility to ensure his/her communication have been received. |
Reminder, all guests are the responsibility of the member signing them up! |
After the close of the event, if the course determines there are late cancellation fees |
charged by the Course Management, the Tournament Director will pay those fees. |
All charges imposed by the course, and paid by the Tournament Director will be reimbursed |
by the League Treasurer. |
The member who made the late cancellation will be responsible for reimbursing the |
League Treasurer for these charges. The member’s playing privileges will be suspended |
until the league is reimbursed. If the charges are not paid within 30 days, the member/s |
will be dropped from 6gs League as an active member until the late cancellation fees are paid. |
We are sorry to have to invoke this policy but golf courses are starting to hold our |
. |
Tournament Directors responsible to pay for players who don’t show up for the event. |
