.

Please carefully read this policy to understand your responsibilities and liabilities if you

decide to cancel out of an event or if you are a “No Show” on the day of play.

6gs Cancellation Policy

The cancellation deadline for any weekly event is Noon Monday prior to the Thursday event.

Cancellations after the deadline must be communicated directly to the Tournament Director.

It remains the member's responsibility to ensure his/her communication have been received.

Reminder, all guests are the responsibility of the member signing them up!

After the close of the event, if the course determines there are late cancellation fees

charged by the Course Management, the Tournament Director will pay those fees.

All charges imposed by the course, and paid by the Tournament Director will be reimbursed

by the League Treasurer.

The member who made the late cancellation will be responsible for reimbursing the

League Treasurer for these charges. The member’s playing privileges will be suspended

until the league is reimbursed. If the charges are not paid within 30 days, the member/s

will be dropped from 6gs League as an active member until the late cancellation fees are paid.

We are sorry to have to invoke this policy but golf courses are starting to hold our
. Tournament Directors responsible to pay for players who don’t show up for the event.
